Junior Sales Manager

We are expanding our team in Saint John's office and are searching for a sales manager who will join us to work in prospective digital industry, establishing new connections and networking with business owners and also getting valuable experience in marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of lead generation strategy
  • Work with incoming leads and closing deals
  • Work with existing clients
  • Attending different events and business meetings
  • Preparation of information according to received RFPs
  • Managing client profiles in Hubspot CRM
  • Qualifying new opportunities and moving them through the sales cycle

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Result oriented
  3. Willingness to learn and motivation with positive attitude

Will be a bonus:

  • Experience in web development and digital marketing
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales;
  • Experience in handling the end of end sales pipeline (initial contact, closing, etc)
  • References from previous employers

We offer:

  • Basic salary plus commission from each sale and one time bonuses for achieving monthly sales plans.
