Known for reducing sugar content without compromising taste, Asters offers lighter, lower-calorie desserts while maintaining high product quality and exceptional customer service – a strong foundation for a solid digital marketing strategy and refined pastry marketing initiatives.

The Challenge

The primary goal was to introduce a structured email channel as part of a broader marketing plan for the dessert place and cake online shop. Before the project, email marketing had not been fully utilized as a consistent communication tool. Also, the list of newsletter subscribers was quite limited.

We had to build a scalable email marketing system that would drive new newsletter sign-ups, engage customers regularly, while supporting both in-store and online sales.

Strategy

To implement an effective email marketing strategy, we focused on both technical setup and content development.

Key tools and actions included:

  • Implementation of the newsletter sign-up pop-up to collect new subscribers and promote the rewards program.
  • Developing a branded corporate email template aligned with the visual identity of Asters Patisserie
  • Structuring, cleaning, and verifying the existing email database to ensure deliverability and segmentation accuracy
  • Creating a welcome email series to introduce the brand, highlight bestsellers, and encourage first purchases
  • Monthly newsletters campaigns for specific events, seasonal promotions, and product announcements
  • Creation of additional email atomations: Birthday flow, Review request flow, Customer activation and winback flow
  • Setting KPIs to measure results and their dynamics.

This structured approach ensured consistency and measurable performance from the start.
