The client approached us to grow their customer base from the ground. In particular, they wanted to attract commercial clients while maintaining a steady flow of residential cleaning leads. 

To support this growth, they required a solid digital advertising strategy and Google Ads management for a cleaning service that would generate measurable results. That's where Zwebra came in. Although not being strictly a cleaning service PPC company, we gladly took on this project because it was challenging enough.

Our task was to launch and manage two primary advertising campaigns while operating within a modest budget:

  • Search Ads

The challenge was to ensure efficient spending, high-quality lead generation, and consistent performance in a saturated market.

Strategy

We chose to focus on paid search as the fastest way to generate warm leads for cleaning services.

An effective PPC strategy includes:

  • Landing page analysis and adding offers and clear CTAs
  • Setting up conversion tracking in Google Analytics
  • Creating search campaigns focused on high-intent keywords
  • Applying precise geotargeting
  • Narrowing an audience
  • Structuring separate ad groups for residential and commercial services
  • Using ad extensions to boost visibility (address, phone number, callouts, structured snippets, promotions)
  • Running A/B tests and continuously optimizing ad copy to improve CTR
  • Regularly adjusting bids and budgets, while monitoring and adding negative keywords

Our Solution

  1. We started with creating and configuring a Google Ads account, connecting Google Analytics, and implementing accurate conversion tracking to ensure reliable performance measurement. 
  2. After analyzing market demand and identifying potential client needs, our PPC specialists determined that a combination of Performance Max and Search Ads campaigns would provide the strongest return. 
  3. We conducted in-depth keyword research, compiled targeted search queries, and implemented an extensive negative keyword list to reduce wasted spend. 
  4. A clear campaign and ad group structure was developed, accompanied by high-quality ad creatives and a strategic ad scheduling plan.
