An individual contacted us regarding the development of a mobile app to help him as taxi driver to manage the client base more efficiently. The client viewed the mobile app as a modern, convenient way of placing, processing, and taking orders. The main problem (before the app) was a large number of missed calls, which resulted in the loss of leads/clients.

Team: The mobile app development team that worked on the project consisted of a UX/UI designer, two developers, one QA specialist, and a project manager.
Project Description
A fairly simple yet highly functional mobile app for iOS and Android, which allows a taxi driver to manage his/her client base. Besides the obvious, must-have features like ordering a taxi (for passengers), managing orders, and receiving notifications, the app can also display the information about the clients (in the client base) and their order history.
Main features of the app:
- Ordering a taxi cab
- Tracking the addresses in Google Maps
- Sending a message to the driver
- SMS and push notifications are sent automatically when the taxi arrives
- Tracking and managing orders via the driver’s mobile app or web backend
